In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "winpke," "Platform," "we," "us," "our" refers to winpke and its operated gaming platform accessible at winpke.net, including all associated services, game verticals, and support channels.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the winpke platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on winpke, associated with a unique username, password, and PKR wallet balance.
• "Services" means all gaming products, sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot machines, arcade games, promotional offers, and support services made available by winpke.
• "Funds" means any Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or crypto-equivalent balance deposited into, held within, or withdrawn from a Player's winpke Account.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive granted by winpke to a Player subject to specific wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process winpke uses to confirm a Player's eligibility, identity, and payment ownership.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary restriction a Player places on their own Account, preventing access to the winpke platform for a defined or indefinite period.

By accessing the winpke platform, creating an Account, or using any of our Services, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement is effective from the moment you first access winpke and remains in force for the duration of your Account's existence.

These Terms & Conditions are to be read in conjunction with winpke's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this legal agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

winpke reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Registered Players will be notified of material changes via the email address associated with their Account. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact information is current and accurate.

To register and use winpke, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. winpke strictly prohibits access by minors. If we have reason to believe that a Player is under 21, the Account will be suspended immediately pending age verification, and any Funds held therein will be frozen until the matter is resolved.
• You must be accessing winpke as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or nominee of another person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement — either through winpke directly or through a third-party responsible gaming organisation — that would prohibit your access to online gaming services.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a winpke employee or contractor involved in the operation of the platform.

winpke does not knowingly permit under-age individuals to register or access the platform. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use device-level parental controls to prevent minors from accessing online gaming services.

Each eligible individual may register one Account only on winpke. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid and active email address, a Pakistani mobile number, and date of birth. winpke relies on this information for KYC verification, payment processing, and communication purposes. Providing false information is grounds for immediate Account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. winpke will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be treated as authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in advance.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number to protect your Account from unauthorised access.
• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service.
• Log out fully from shared or public devices after each session.
• Notify winpke support immediately if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

winpke reserves the right to conduct enhanced KYC verification at any stage. You agree to provide all requested documentation — including CNIC copies, proof of payment method ownership, and proof of address — within the time frame specified in the verification request.

winpke supports the following approved payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless the selected payment method is USDT TRC20, in which case conversion rates will be applied at the time of transaction at rates displayed on the platform.

You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods that are registered in your own name and linked to your verified winpke Account. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the registered Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the transaction being reversed and the Account being flagged for review.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion. winpke processes withdrawal requests within standard processing windows; however, actual receipt of funds is also subject to the processing times of the relevant Pakistani banking institution or mobile wallet provider, which winpke does not control. winpke is not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

winpke reserves the right to hold a withdrawal request for up to 72 hours for security review purposes. In cases where winpke suspects fraudulent activity, a withdrawal may be withheld pending a full investigation. Players will be informed of any hold placed on their withdrawal request.

winpke offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. By claiming a bonus, you agree to its specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible Player, household, device, IP address, or payment method, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonuses are not transferable between Accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in bonus forfeiture at expiry.
• winpke reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at its discretion, with reasonable notice provided where possible.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, exploitation of software errors, or placing low-risk offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements — will result in bonus cancellation, potential Account suspension, and recovery of any associated winnings.

Players who have self-excluded or placed deposit limits on their Account are not eligible to receive or claim bonuses during the period in which those restrictions are active.

All games available on winpke — including casino games, sports betting markets, slots, and arcade titles — are governed by individual game rules published on the platform. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules applicable to each game before placing a bet or wager.

winpke's sports betting markets, including PSL cricket, international T20 and Test matches, and other sporting events, are settled based on official results provided by recognised sporting authorities. In the event of a dispute regarding result settlement, winpke's decision, following review of official data sources, shall be final.

• bets placed after the official start time of an event will be voided, except where in-play betting has been explicitly enabled for that market.
• winpke reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect or erroneous price due to a manifest error in the odds-setting process.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error during a casino game session, the round will be declared void and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account balance.
• Cash-out and early settlement options, where available, are subject to the specific rules of the applicable market and may not be available on all events.

All game outcomes on winpke are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested for fairness. winpke does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of RNG-based games once a round has commenced.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on winpke and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity information; or making chargebacks on deposits while retaining winnings.
• Money laundering: Using winpke to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. winpke maintains Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Working with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games or poker rooms.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place bets, play games, or interact with the winpke platform in lieu of genuine human play.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system glitches to gain an advantage. Players who discover errors are required to report them to winpke support promptly.
• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing restrictions.
• Threats or abuse: Threatening, abusing, or harassing winpke staff or other Players through any communication channel.

winpke is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The platform offers a suite of responsible gaming tools available to all registered Players through their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps on your Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will receive a notification when your limit is approaching and the session will be ended automatically when reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your Account access for a defined period of 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off, you will not be able to deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your Account and prevent re-registration for the exclusion period. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion window.

All content on the winpke platform — including but not limited to the winpke brand name, logo, domain, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, imagery, software code, promotional materials, and structural layouts — is the exclusive intellectual property of winpke or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the winpke platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights and does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any winpke content for commercial purposes.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on winpke's software or content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any winpke software or game engine.
• Use the winpke name, logo, or branding in any context without prior written permission from winpke.

Any unauthorised use of winpke's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action. If you believe any content on winpke infringes your own intellectual property rights, please contact us at [email protected].

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winpke shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Gaming losses resulting from normal platform operation, including losses on casino games, sports betting, and slot machines.
• Interruptions or unavailability of the winpke platform due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical issues, server failures, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, internet infrastructure outages, or regulatory action.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party financial institutions, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or SadaPay.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the winpke platform, including odds, game rules, or promotional content.

winpke's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by that Player into their winpke Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

winpke reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required time frame.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal of deposits by a payment provider.
• Attempts to circumvent responsible gaming restrictions or self-exclusion arrangements.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, winpke reserves the right to withhold any Bonus funds and associated winnings pending investigation. Genuine deposited Funds that are not implicated in the breach will be returned to the Player via the original payment method within a reasonable time frame, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting winpke support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining PKR balance will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method after standard processing checks are completed.

winpke collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on winpke, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

winpke will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, fraud detection services, and regulatory authorities where required by law or by our licensing obligations.

You have the right to request access to the personal data winpke holds about you, to request corrections to inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to our legal retention obligations. Data-related requests should be directed to [email protected].

winpke reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law or regulation, changes in winpke's services or business practices, corrections of errors or ambiguities, or any other reason at winpke's sole discretion.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — winpke will provide at least 7 days' prior notice via the email address registered to the Player's Account. Non-material changes may take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

The date at the top of this page ("Effective Date") reflects the date on which the current version of these Terms came into force. Previous versions of the Terms are available upon request by contacting winpke support.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming licence under which winpke operates. Where a Player wishes to raise a dispute regarding the operation of their Account, game outcomes, or payment processing, the following procedure applies:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit a detailed written complaint to winpke's customer support team at [email protected]. Include your Account username, the nature of the dispute, and any supporting documentation. winpke will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: winpke's compliance team will conduct a full review of the complaint and provide a written response within 10 business days of receipt.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal review process, you may escalate the dispute to the relevant independent dispute resolution body specified under winpke's licensing terms.

Pending resolution of any dispute, winpke reserves the right to place a temporary hold on the Account and associated Funds to preserve the integrity of the review process. Disputes must be raised in good faith and supported by genuine evidence. Frivolous or vexatious complaints may be dismissed without further response.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests pending the outcome of a dispute resolution process.
